The resort has a stunning location with spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. While the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, I faced some significant cleanliness issues in my room that dampened my experience. The amenities are enjoyable, especially the pools, but overall maintenance could use some attention.
